There have been countless moments of incredible shot-making seen over the years at The Ryder Cup – from eagles to holes-in-one to chip ins to monster putts and more.
But if you were to compile a composite round featuring the best shots ever seen in the Sunday singles matches in the previous 40 editions of the biennial clash, who would feature?
Surely the Spanish matador Severiano Ballesteros? No doubt the fist-pumping, eye-bulging Ian Poulter? Rory? Sir Nick?
We decided to find out…
Love it, thank you.
No 2 is seve ballestros DOING! a seve Ballesteros ………….. man was a FUCKING LEGEND!
Paul casey Hole in one k club?
Great video . I prefer your time older content to the newer 2018 clips . Longer, more emotion and perfect intros .
No Paul Casey, his hole in 1 at the K Club?
Rose birdie put, 17th hole, Medinah 2012
Astonishing the McDowell putt makes it and Rosey's on 17 at Medinah doesn't..

Ryder cup
I was at the back of the 14th green at The Belfry in -1993 when Sir Nick holed that 6 iron. I tell thee, the noise was the loudest roar I had ever heard at a sports event. The only other time I ever heard anything akin to it in real life was when Beckham scored that free-kick against Greece in 2001. Myself and the other two mates who were at both events, will tell you, the hairs stand up, the eyes fill up and the ground just shakes from the noise. In both scenarios!

Those shirts the Americans had on at Brookline were fucking hideous, even by American standards.
